The Glacier Graduate programme, in partnership with ISETT SETA, is a development programme designed to develop skilled, competent individuals in fields which are relevant to key areas of Glacier’s business. Our objective is to increase Glacier's pool of skills through hands-on training and development We also believe that this is a long term solution to addressing the scarcity of skills in South Africa.

The Glacier graduate programme is all about learning through working, not watching. Throughout the programme, a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience will stretch and develop your capabilities, and challenge you to step outside your comfort zone. You will be given every reasonable opportunity to develop and prove yourself in a practical work environment.
