The BEE Charter for the ICT sector has yet to finalised.  In anticipation of this Glacier Consulting supports the government's goal of increasing the effective participation of the majority of South Africans in the economy as stipulated in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (Act 53 of 2003) and the Codes of Good Practice(February 2007) 

To this end we have been working with accreditation agencies to measure our empowerment credentials.  In our recent Empowerdex rating, we have achieved an 'A' Rating and met the criteria to be a Level Four Contributor. This means that our customers can count 100% of their spend with Glacier Consulting towards their BEE procurement spend.
